I was an educator for twelve years graduating from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science degree in Counseling with a Certification in Solution-Focused Coaching from Nova Southeastern University.
My drive of becoming a life coach came from remembering my past struggles of building key elements such as confidence, self-esteem, resiliency, autonomy, and setting goals for myself and how I conquered these struggles with faith and the strategies that I implemented along the way which I can’t wait to share with all of you on our coaching journey together.
No matter how young or old we are, these struggles can affect our daily living, interactions with others, work environment, and how we view ourselves. As a life coach, my goal is to assist in helping each of you to achieve your goals, build your sense of self, be unapologetically autonomous, and be fabulous while living your best life through faith and action.
